- Strongly reacts with human CMV positive serum. Recombinant protein corresponding to immunodominant region aa297-510 of HCMV pp65, fused to GST at N-terminal, expressed in E. coli. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and, Flow-through. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
