- Wnt-9b, also called Wnt-14b or Wnt-15, is one of about 19 vertebrate members of the Wingless-type MMTV integration site (Wnt) family of highly conserved, cysteine-rich secreted glycoproteins important for normal developmental processes. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1:100-200 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
