Extra Details:: TSK is also called Tsukushi and Leucine-rich repeat-containing protein 54 and is a member of the small leucine-rich proteoglycan (SLRP) family of extracellular matrix proteins, which are characterized by leucine-rich repeats (LRR) flanked by conserved cysteines. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1:1000-2000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
