Extra Details:: TEX19.1 is also called Tex19a and Tex19 and is a 40kD pluripotent stem cell molecule. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1:1000-2000 Immunocytochemistry: 1:100-200 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
