Extra Details:: TCF7 is also called T cell factor 1 and is a member of the lymphoid enhancer binding factor family of proteins that is expressed in thymocytes and mature T cells. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1:1000-2000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
