Extra Details:: Siglec-1 is also called sialoadhesin or CD169 and is a 175-185kD type I transmembrane glycoprotein belonging to the Siglec family of sialic acid specific I-type lectins within the immunoglobulin superfamily. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1:1000-2000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
