Extra Details:: SCARA5 (Scavenger receptor A5) is also called testis expressed scavenger receptor Tesr) and it is a Class A scavenger receptor that is related to CL-P1, MARCO, SCARA3, and SR-A1. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry(Frozen): 1:100-200 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
