- Extra Details:
- Rae1alpha, beta, gamma, delta and epsilon comprise a family of closely related (88-95% amino acid identity) GPI-linked cell surface proteins that function as ligands for mouse NKG2D, an activating receptor expressed on NK and T cells. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
