- Lipopolysaccharide-inducible CC chemokine receptor (LCCR), also known as CCRL2, is a 7TM chemokine receptor-like protein that is expressed on macrophages, glial cells, and mast cells at inflammatory sites. LCCR functions as a receptor for Chemerin, CCL2, 5, 7, and 8. Mouse LCCR shares 49% and 70% aa sequence identity with human and rat LCCR, respectively. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunocytochemistry: 1:100-200 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
