Extra Details:: CD79B (also called B29, Igbeta and B cell antigen receptor complex-associated protein beta-chain), which is a 37-39kD member of the Ig-Superfamily. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunocytochemistry: 1:1000-2000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
