Extra Details:: CCN family member 1 (CCN1; also called CYR61 and IGFBP10), which is a 50kD secreted matrixand cell-associated glycoprotein that regulates the growth and adhesion of vascular endothelial cells, fibroblasts, and monocytes. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1:1000-2000 Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-100 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
