Extra Details:: The WDR9 TR-FRET BioAssay™ Kit is designed to measure the inhibition of the binding of WDR9, also known as BRWD1, to its substrate in a homogeneous 384 reaction format. This FRET based assay requires no time-consuming washing steps, making it especially suitable for high throughput screening applications. The assay procedure is straightforward and simple; a sample containing terbium-labeled donor, dye-labeled acceptor, WDR9, substrate, and an inhibitor is incubated for 2 hours. Then, the fluorescence intensity is measured using a fluorescence reader. Applications: Suitable for use in screening small molecular inhibitors for drug discovery and HTS applications. Other applications not tested. Kit Components: White Nonbinding low volume microtiter plate (Corning), 1x plate WDR9, GST-tag, 1x10ug BET Bromodomain Ligand, 1x75ul Non-acetylated Ligand 1, 1x15ul Tb donor, 1x20ul Dye-labeled acceptor, 1x20ul 3x BRD TR-FRET Assay Buffer 1, 1x4ml Storage and Stability: Store powder at 4°C liquid at -20°C. Store other components at 4°C. Stable for at least 6 months For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
