- Sulforhodamine 101 is a red fluorescent dye. It is used for cell imaging methods, and was shown to label astrocytes, myelinating oligodendrocytes. Useful building block for preparing red fluorescent biomolecules. Cadaverine allows conjugating the dye to proteins or soluble biomolecules containing carboxylic acid, aldehyde or ketone groups. Suitable as a transglutaminase substrate.
