Extra Details:: GMQ hydrochloride is a blocker with sensitivity and blocking effects. It blocks the neurogenic inflammation induced by proton influx, which may be due to its antagonistic effect on 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT) receptors. GMQ hydrochloride has been shown to block the neurogenic inflammation induced by injecting substances into the skin or muscle of mice. GMQ hydrochloride also blocks the neurogenic inflammation that arises from chronic migraine, which is related to 5-HT3 receptors.
