Induction of the Hif regulated genes, as a consequence of the microenvironment or genetic changes, is known to have an important role in the growth of experimental tumors. HIF1A has been observed in varying subsets of tumor cells from various solid tumors. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, ELISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: NS1 myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice.
