Extra Details:: G2/mitotic-specific cyclin-B1, which is also known as CCNB. Cyclins bind to and regulate the activity of the Cyclin Dependent Protein Kinases (CDKs). Cyclin B1 is a marker of cell proliferation and a key component of the cell cycle progression machinery. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: Sp2/0 Ag.14 myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
