Extra Details:: Chromodomain-helicase-DNA-binding protein 4(CHD4). CHD4/Mi-2b is a component of the nucleosome remodeling and deacetylase (NuRD) complex which is a multi-subunit protein complex containing both histone deacetylase and nucleosome-dependent ATPase subunits. Research suggests that NuRD may regulate the transcription of specific genes by interacting with specific transcriptional factors. In addition, the NuRD complex may also participate in genome-wide transcriptional regulation through an association with histone tails. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, Flow Cytometry, ELISA, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, Immunocytochemistry, ChIP. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: Sp2/0-Ag.14 myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
