Natural cytotoxicity receptors (NCRs), such as NCR3, are activating natural killer (NK) cell receptors that belong to the immunoglobulin (Ig) superfamily. NCR3 is expressed in all resting and activated NK cells and forms a complex with CD3-zeta (CD3Z, or CD247; MIM 186780) (Sato et al., 2001 [PubMed 11782277]).[supplied by OMIM Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Note: Sodium azide is a potent inhibitor of peroxidase and should not be added to HRP conjugates. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
