- Interphotoreceptor matrix proteoglycan-2 is part of an extracellular complex occupying the interface between photoreceptors and the retinal pigment epithelium in the fundus of the eye.[supplied by OMIM Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Note: Sodium azide is a potent inhibitor of peroxidase and should not be added to HRP conjugates.
