- Extra Details:
- The ab TCR is expressed on T lymphocytes of all mouse strains tested. The monoclonal antibody does not react with y8 TCR- bearing cells. Plate-bound or soluble activates ab TCR-bearing T cells. In vitro and in vivo, can induce immature thymocytes to undergo apoptosis. and prevent graft rejection. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 0.2ug/10e6 cells Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: APC conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
