- CD61 is the integrin b3 subunit, a 110kD transmembrane glycoprotein expressed on platelets, megakaryocytes, and endothelial cells. Integrin b3 associates with gpIIb (CD41) to form the CD41/CD61 complex that mediates platelet adhesion and aggregation. associates with CD51 to form the aVb3 vitronectin receptor. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 10ul/10e6 cells Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks.
