Extra Details:: CD20 is a 33-37kD unglycosylated phosphoprotein. Although not a member of the tetraspanin superfamily of cell surface receptors, it crosses the cell membrane four times. It is expressed on all stages of B cell differentiation except plasma cells.The CD20 molecule is involved in regulation of B cell differentiation presumably via its reported function as a Ca++ channel subunit. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 10ul/10e6 cells Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: APC/Cy7 conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
