Extra Details:: CD10, also known as the common acute lymphoblastic leukemia antigen, is a type II transmembrane glycoprotein. It is expressed on granulocytes, a subset of B progenitor cells, germinal center cells, and fibroblasts. CD10 is a zinc-binding metalloprotease which is thought to down-regulate cellular responses to peptide hormones. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 10ul/10e6 cells Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: PE conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
