Extra Details:: CD10, also known as the common acute lymphoblastic leukemia antigen, is a type II transmembrane glycoprotein. It is expressed on granulocytes, a subset of B progenitor cells, germinal center cells, and fibroblasts. CD10 is a zinc-binding metalloprotease which is thought to down-regulate cellular responses to peptide hormones. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 1ug/10e6 cells Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
