Extra Details:: Fibroblast growth factor receptor substrate 3 (FRS3) is an adapter protein that is tyrosine phosphorylated and recruited to FGFR upon FGF stimulation. FRS3 is also designated as FRS2beta and SNT2 (Suc1 associated neurotrophic factor target protein). Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunohistochemistry and Immunofluorescence. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunofluorescence: 1:50-1:200 Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): 1:200-1:500 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
