- Recognizes a 60kD antigen on porcine granulocytes of the neutrophil lineage, acting as a reliable tool for their analysis and isolation, without contamination from other cells. Expression of the antigen recognized decreases from the immature promyelocytes, through myelocytes and metamyelocytes, to the mature neutrophils, thereby enabling the identification of neutrophil developmental stages. Furthermore, conjunction with other clones, allows for the discrimination and characterisation of different porcine granulocyte lineages and also their developmental stages: early myeloid precursors, immature neutrophils, mature neutrophils and mature eosinophils and basophils. Has been shown as suitable for use on cytospins (Perez et al. 2007). Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 1:25-1:200 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
