Extra Details:: Recognizes the equine homolog of the human CD11a/CD18 cell surface antigen, a hetrodimer expressed on all equine cells of haemopoietic origin. Studies have indicated that equine CD11a/CD18 has higher expression on some subpopulations of T-cells. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 1:25-1:200 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
