Extra Details:
THAP domain-containing protein 11, also known as THAP11, is a member of the thanatos-associated protein family. Localizing to the nucleus and cytoplasm, THAP11 may act as a transcriptional repressor, playing a role in embryogenesis and pluripotency of embryonic stem cells by recruiting epigenetic modifiers. THAP11 interacts with HCF1 via a coiled coil domain. Recombinant protein corresponding to aa1-314 from human THAP11, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, expressed in E. coli.
