Extra Details:: NDuFS5 is a member of the NADH dehydrogenase (ubiquinone) iron-sulfur protein family. This protein is a subunit of the NADH:ubiquinone oxidoreductase (complex I), the first enzyme complex in the electron transport chain located in the inner mitochondrial membrane. Source: Recombinant corresponding to aa1-106 from human NDuFS5 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, expressed in E.coli. Molecular Weight: ~14.9kD (129aa) Applications: Suitable for use in SDS-PAGE. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt at -20°C.
