Members of the ING family associate with and modulate the activity of histone acetyltransferase (HAT) and histone deacetylase (HDAC) complexes and function in DNA repair and apoptosis. Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to aa1-280 from human ING2, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, expressed in E.coli. Molecular Weight: ~35.2kD (303aa) Applications: Suitable for use in SDS-PAGE. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
