Extra Details:: IL1F10 is a cytokine with immunomodulatory activity. Alone, it does not induce cytokine production, but reduces IL22 and IL17A production by T-cells in response to heat-killed Candida albicans. It reduces IL36G-induced production of IL8 by peripheral blood mononuclear cells. It increases IL6 production by dendritic cells stimulated by bacterial lipopolysaccharides (LPS) and ligand for IL-36R/IL1RL2. Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to aa1-152 from human IL1F10 expressed in E.coli. Molecular Weight: ~16.9kD (152aa) Applications: Suitable for use in SDS-PAGE. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
