Extra Details:: GFRA3 is a glycosylphosphatidylinositol(GPI)-linked cell surface receptor and a member of the GDNF receptor family. It forms a signaling receptor complex with RET tyrosine kinase receptor and binds the ligand, artemin. Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to aa32-374 from human GFRA3, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, expressed in E.coli. Molecular Weight: ~40.7kD (366aa) Applications: Suitable for use in SDS-PAGE. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt at -20°C.
