ENTPD3 contains 4 apyrase-conserved regions which is characteristic of NTPases. Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to aa44-485 from human ENTPD3, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, expressed in E.coli. Molecular Weight: ~52kD (465aa) Applications: Suitable for use in SDS-PAGE. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
