This protein acts as a transcriptional transactivator of ELL and ELL2 elongation activities. Source: Recombinant corresponding to aa182-268 from human EAF1 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, expressed in E.coli. Molecular Weight: ~11.3kD (110aa), confirmed by MALDI-TOF Applications: Suitable for use in SDS-PAGE. Other applications not tested.
