This protein activates the Jnk signaling pathway and dephosphorylates and deactivates p38 and stress-activated protein kinase/c-Jun N-terminal kinase (SAPK/JNK). Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to aa1-184 from human DuSP22, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, expressed in E.coli.
