Extra Details:: CSAG1 is a member of a family of tumor antigens. The protein is expressed in chondrosarcomas, but may also be expressed in normal tissues such as testis. Alternative splicing of this gene results in two transcript variants encoding the same protein. Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to aa20-78 from human CSAG1, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, expressed in E.coli. Molecular Weight: ~9.1kD (82aa), confirmed by MALDI-TOF Applications: Suitable for use in SDS-PAGE. Other applications not tested.
