Antigen retrieval: microwave 20 min @ 800W in 10mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Positive Control: Immunohistochemistry: formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded human liver sections Western Blot: pooled human liver microsomes Hybridoma: Ag8.653 myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
