Extra Details:: Protein prune homolog, otherwise known as PRUNE or Drosophila-related expressed sequence 17, is a phosphodiesterase enzyme belonging to the PPase class C family. PRUNE targets cAMP and cGMP second messengers and plays a role in cell proliferation and motility. It is overexpressed in various sarcomas, including leiomyosarcomas, malignant fibrous histiocytomas, and malignant liposarcomas. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1:5000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Control: HeLa S3 cell lysate Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
