Extra Details:: A cocktail of four protease inhibitors for the inhibition of serine, cysteine, but not metalloproteases. Reconstitute each vial with 1ml H2O to obtain a 100X stock solution. 1X stock solution contains 500uM AEBSF, HCl, 150nM Aprotinin, 1uM E-64, and 1uM Leupeptin Hemisulfate. Supplied with a data sheet. Kit Components: AEBSF, Hydrochloride: Molecular weight: 239.5, 1X500uM. Target Protease: Serine Proteases Aprotinin, Bovine Lung, Lyophilized: Molecular weight: 6512, 1X150nM. Target Protease: Broad Spectrum, Serine Proteases E-64 Protease Inhibitor: Molecular weight: 357.4, 1X1uM. Target Protease: Cysteine Proteases Leupeptin, Hemisulfate: Molecular weight: 475.6, 1X1uM. Target Protease: Cysteine Proteases and Trypsin-like Proteases Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile buffer or ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
