Available as a 1ml vial or as a set of five 1ml vials. Each vial contains 1ml of aqueous solution with the following components: 50mM Sodium Fluoride, 10mM b-Glycerophosphate, 10mM Sodium Pyrophosphate Decahydrate, 1mM Sodium Orthovanadate. Kit Components: Sodium Fluoride: Molecular weight: 41.99, 1X50mM. Target Phosphatases: Acid phosphatase Sodium Orthovanadate: Molecular weight: 183.9, 1X1mM. Target Phosphatases: Protein Tyrosine Phosphatase, Alkaline phosphatase Sodium Pyrophosphate, Decahydrate: Molecular weight: 446.06, 1X10mM. Target Phosphatases: Ser/Thr Phosphatases beta-Glycerophosphate: Molecular weight: 306.1, 1X10mM. Target Phosphatases: Ser/Thr Phosphatases Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
