Extra Details:: Lymphotactin (Lptn), also known as SCM-1a and ATAC, belongs to the C or gamma subfamily of chemokines and has been designated XCL1. Human Lymphotactin encodes a 114 amino acid (aa) precursor with a 21 aa predicted signal peptide. The gene for lymphotactin has been mapped to chromosome 1 in both human and mouse. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1:250-1:500 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
