Extra Details:: Human CD27 is a lymphocyte-specific member of the TNF receptor superfamily. CD27 is expressed on a subset of human thymocytes and on the majority of mature T cells. CD27 expression is induced by antigen-receptor activation in B cells. Applications: Suitable for use in Neutralization, Flow Cytometry, and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 1:50-100 Western Blot: 1:500-1000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
