Extra Details:: CD120a is a 55kD Type I transmembrane protein, also known as Tumor Necrosis Factor Receptor Type I (TNFRI) or p55. It is expressed on a variety of cells at low levels. Resting T cells and erythrocytes express very little to no CD120a. This receptor binds both TNF-A and B. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 1:100-1:1000 Western Blot: 1:100-1:200 Immunoprecipitation: 1:1000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
