Extra Details:: Overexpression of transforming growth factor ß1 in malignant prostate cells is partly caused by a runaway of TGF-ß1 auto induction mediated through a defective recruitment of protein phosphatase 2A by TGF-ß type I receptor. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1:400-1:800 Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-1:100 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
