Extra Details:: TGF-b RII is a membrane bound serine/threonine kinase. It associates with TGF-b RI to generate a heterodimeric signaling complex that transduces TGF-b signals. This receptor binds TGF-b1 and TGF-b3 with high affinity and TGF-b2 with much lower affinity, and is expressed by most cell types. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Western Blot: 1:100-1:1000 Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 1:50-1:200 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
