Extra Details:: IL-4 is a pleiotropic cytokine produced by activated T cells, mast cells, and basophils. IL-4 is a potent lymphoid cell growth factor which stimulates the growth and activation of certain B cells and T cells. IL-4 is important for regulation of T helper subset development. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunoprecipitation, Immunohistochemistry, and Neutralization. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Endotoxin: <0.002EU/ug(ANTIBODY) Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
