Extra Details:: Interleukin-12 p70 (IL-12p70) is a key cytokine produced by dendritic cells (DC) able to drive the development of T helper type 1 (Th1) lymphocytes. Applications: Suitable for use in Neutralization and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1:100-500 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
