Extra Details:: IL1 receptor type II (IL1R-II) is a 65kD member of the immunoglobulin superfamily also known as IL-1 receptor (IL1R) type II. The IL1R family is composed of three proteins: IL1R type I, IL1-RII, and the widely expressed IL-1RAcP. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1:1000 Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-1:100 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
