Extra Details:: Interferon-g is a potent multifunctional cytokine which is secreted primarily by activated NK cells and T cells. Originally characterized based on anti-viral activities, IFN-g also exerts anti-proliferative, immunoregulatory, and proinflammatory activities. IFN-g can upregulate MHC class I and II antigen expression by antigen-presenting cells. The R4-6A2 antibody reacts with mouse interferon-gamma (IFN-g). Applications: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry and Neutralizing. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
