- Extra Details:
- FZD7, a Frizzled Receptor, is a receptor for Wnt signaling proteins. FZD7 downregulates the functions of the tumor suppressor gene APC and thereby enhances beta catenin-mediated signals. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1:500-1:2000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
